app is not visible to users

Hi

    the app created by me is in My work in qlik sense hub. users having Root admin Token. but the app is not visible to them. should i need to publish the app?

and how to set the reload trigger?

Hi,

Are you using Qliksense Management Console?  If yes then only it is possible to share the app to users and can automate the reload.

in task app is there. every day i am doing manual reload. how to set the automate reload?

Qlik Sense has its own Server offering that will be available later on this year.

Publish the Dashboard and check whether it is visible for the users?

Hi Arul,

Check if the users have access to the respective stream and have all the privileges to view them.

You can create reload tasks from the tasks tab in QMC.

Also, only after you publish your app, it will be visible to others. Until them its going to stay in your work stream only.
