data connections pane takes long time to load

I just upgraded my Qlik Sense Desktop client to February 2019 Patch 1.  My Data connections pane is taking a long time to load (~10 minutes).  I have repaired my install (as admin), but no effect.  How can I resolve this problem?

Hi,

Do you have an internet connection or a restriction to connect  to the internet ?

My internet connection is working just fine.  What would my internet connection have to do with it, though?  Shouldn't the connections be stored in some file in the Desktop client?

for the internet connection once I have a problem with rest connection and the other connections takes long time to load so I make this changes  below
