Hello,
I have a chart and straight table with 3 expressions like below.
First one to show last 30 day sales, Second one for last 60 day sales and third one for 90 days and I want to conditionally display these 3 expressions using 3 buttons like 30 Day sales,60 Day sales and 90 Day sales like below.
When i click on 30 day sales button the chart should filter out only with last 30 day sales, when i click 60 day sales button the chart should filter out only with last 60 day sales and same as for 90 day button as well.
I have tried to this with variables and conditional show option on expression tab but I am not to complete it totally. So can some one help me in this.
Regards,
AC
Hi AC,
You mentioned some expressions and charts, but none are shown or attached. Can you insert them?
Thanks.
Thank you for your response,
I did not attach anything here, i am just looking for some suggestions on this
Are you talking about QlikView or Sense?
When you said "I have a chart and straight table", do you mean two objects, or just one straight table?
It's QlikView, Please see I have attached sample file as well.
From the attached file i have 4 expressions in bar chart one for 30 Day, second one for 60 Day, third one for 90 Day and fourth one for total count, by default the chart should show total count and whenever we click on one of three buttons the chart should filter respectively once we clear the selections it should show the total count. I hope this helps.

AC
Can you check attached the new sample application please?
Note I have set up an open trigger at document property to make the 'Total' the default result.
I didn't make any change to the bottom table. Only the bar chart.
Hope this is what you want.

It's almost close, but after selecting any button when we click on clear selections chart is not clearing the selections.
What I am looking is insisted of Total button when ever we click on clear all selections should be reset (means all bars should show entire count)
This is done through variables controlled by the buttons. Clear all is to clear selections so it will not work for variables.
You can click the "Total" button. It is the same with clearing all in this case. You can also rename the "Total" button to "Clear all".
Alternatively we can change variables to logical island selections.
