dynamic dimension - max month name and prev month name

Hi All,

Please kindly assist me to create the dimension name "FlagData" as dynamic -

Say For eg, My requirement is to make the month name dynamic , i.e '1-7 (Max month name)' , '8-14 (Max month name)'

and the last one 'Opening Balance (Prev Month Name).

On which date are based Max Month Name and Prev Month Name ? On current date ?
