These work buy them selves,  but when I try to combine them both not so good.   Shows nothing

=if(Key like 'MTS-E2-MTS',PackBy)and

if(Key like '-E2-MTS',PackBy)

May be this

=If(WildMatch(Key, 'MTS-E2-MTS', '-E2-MTS'), PackBy)

or

=If(Key LIKE 'MTS-E2-MTS' or Key LIKE '-E2-MTS', PackBy)
