error - installing Qlik Sense 14.159.4 on windows 2019

Hi,
I am trying to install qlik sense for Windows version 14.159.4 on windows server 2019. Installation ended with error and when i saw the porstgre14 installation log, i found 2 error messages.
1) qlik sense Product: PostgreSQL14 -- Installation failed.
2) InitDB call failed with exit code -1073741515
The prerequisites including  .Net Frame Work 4.7 and PowerShell 7.3.10 are there on the server.

Hi @Raminajjar Install the required Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
