dont understand what it says, but:
1. Be sure your Desktop has the same version of the server.
2. be sure you are trying to connect to a productive environment
as Desktop will not work with Test or Dev Licenses
the server's LEF you are trying to connect shouldnt have
SPECIAL_EDITION;DEVELOPMENT;; or SPECIAL_EDITION;DEVELOPMENT;;
