high cpu due to Qvodbcconnector

Hello All,

We noticied that Qvodbcconnector  is consuming high cpu on the windows machine.  We have hourly task reloads that pulls the data for variuos apps. But is there any reason why CPU is high here rather than RAM ??

What steps can we take to reduce this high cpu without stoping the task reload schedules?

This is really strange, all connectors used for script, and they calculate both Engine and scheduler services. So, the behavior is expected.

Can you see what ODBC connection is using certain time? and maybe try to increase buffer size.

@Anil_Babu_Samineni : this is a qlik odbc connector. do you mean to check what odbc in qlik further?? how could we check that??

Anil_Babu_Samineni

If this is Qlik component (That is provided by Symba connectors), Please check with Qlik directly.
