how to add total by dimension. using fully expanded pivot table

Hallo everyone.

I have a question, how to make a total we can call (YTD) based on the dimensions (Data Source) of 'MIS'
in this year. for placement is before the 'Actual'.

I use the year filter above.

It's not possible in this way. If you want to display a special TOTAL you will need to add a dimensional value or level on which you could refer. This means any (artificial) grouping dimension above which get the total setting or adding 'Total' as dimension-value to your dimension and then you could branch with something like: if(Dim = 'Total', expr1, expr2).

Another approach would be not to use any horizontally dimension else for each column an own expression.

Hello, that is not possible.

You could try playing with the Dimensionality() command, with that command you can identify where the subtotals are and customize it.

Hello, you have to go to edit and in the table, where you add the dimensions, display it and it says "Show totals" below, enable it and that's it.

It is done by dimension.

thanks for response @cristianj23a

thanks for response <name>
but that's not what i mean. what I want is, only the MIS dimension only gets the total. if using <Show Totals>, it means all dimensions get Totals.

like the picture below.

I have 2 dimensions on the column pivot.
if show total is used in the first dimension it will be like this

if the total show in the second dimension is like this.

but what I want to achieve is show the total like the first dimension, but the total value belongs only to MIS. not for all values
