how to call doReloadEx() on qlik cloud?

Hello all,

When I use doReloadEx() , the return value is {}, both qSuccess and qScriptLogFile are undefined;

By the way, it works fine on desktop and server, but it is seems something wrong on cloud,

I've asked qlik support, maybe cloud is called differently?
