incorrect expression -

I dont know what went wrong.. Is anyone able to help me? It still shows more than 12 months.. Count({$<[INFLOW DATE]={">$(=MonthStart(AddMonths(Max([INFLOW DATE]), -11)))<=$(=Date(Max([INFLOW DATE])))"}>}[Reason code (group)]) Appreciate in advance your help
