In general, the best practice is to keep this in the shared folder for the easy maintenance. But if you really need to, you can change it in C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Util\QlikSenseUtil\QlikSenseUtil.exe. Run it then connect to the database, then read from "service cluster". Change the log folder and save it. Then restart all qlik sense services.
