load particular data

Hi all,

I have attached a .csv file.

where i need to load the data according to name.

for ex:

i need a column like below.

user_id	FGOAL_CALC_DATA	BUDGET_CALC_DATA	SAVINGS_CALC_DATA	CREDIT_SCORE
13	own a house,555,5,3	300,24,30,8,7,7,25,3,4,5,3,0,5,0,12,0	Solid,Light,500	750-850 Excellent
14	own a house,444,5,3	300,24,30,8,7,7,25,3,4,5,3,0,5,0,12,0	Solid,Heavy,4000	350-450 Good

please help to load the data like above.

you can load the data 'as is' then display it in a pivot table. See that attached example

actually i am using this in text and image objects.

i have many other data, i just want to include this data.
