load script date format error

Hello

I am trying to load below "load script"

but i get the following error

the date format at sql is '2018-01-01 00:00:00:000'.

can someone help with this error. What should i do?

My aim is to load only the updated rows from the sql server to qvd file.

I also have unique ID column, is there a way that i can compare the last ID from qvd with sql and write the updated rows to qvd file ?
