Hi

Why I am getting different network days

FYI my weekday start from sunday.
Weekend days are fri and sat.

Kindly assist.

The networkdays function returns the number of working days (Monday-Friday) between and including start_date and end_date taking into account any optionally listed holiday.

In your example the top row has Sunday so only one network day vs the second transaction that has to network days.
