QlikSense Februay 2019, 13.9.1
Reload Masterdata results in Error on cache status.
Connection check without errors. User check: RootAdmin.
Any ideas?

We have restarted the Qlik nprinting service in the same order as mentioned by Qlik Support:

Thereafter we tried to rebuild the cache status without any success, still "Error".
Any ideas?
