try in text box whether  $(Capacitywon)/$(Capacity) is showing any values for those variables?

or

try    sum($(Capacitywon)) / sum($(Capacity)) if you have not used aggregation function in variable

As  @vikasmahajan  has suggested you need to investigate your variables.

If you stuck share the expressions from the variables and we maybe able to steer you in the correct direction.
