"Not Connected" error occurs in every two minutes on hub

Hi techies,

I have 100 of users from different location and different internet network settings. One of my client is facing a issue where "Not Connected" error occues in every two minutes when Qlik hub is in idle state.

I have read few ticket on community and found two solutions:

1. https://qliksupport.force.com/articles/000055708 where it is asking me to update WebSocketPingInterval to 60

2. make 300 second in QMC keep alive under proxy sections

My questions is if I do both above activities how will it affect my current system cause this problem is for only 1% end users second what exactly WebSocketPingInterval  and keep alive time does ? default value is 10 seconds then why it is not affecting all end users ?

Thanks in advance

Rohit

Hi,
The video you shared is already attached in article attached in my question. my question is what is the difference between "Keep alive time out" default(10) under proxies section QMC and the solution stated in video where we need to set WebSocketPingInterval to some seconds ?

Thanks,
Rohit
