unable to open N printing and getting error as Error trying to open the page

Hi, 

   I'm unable to open the NPrinting and getting the error as Error trying to open the page. I have checked in services except Qlik NPrinting Messaging service remaining all are in started and this messaging service automatically getting stopped when ever we tried to start that service. We are using Feb2021 version of NPrinting.  Kindly help us in resolving the issue.

Has anyone had any issues creating a NPrint report and all the dashboard inserted on the template come out looking too wide or on 2 pages? I’ve played with resolution settings, but no luck. Any guidance would be helpful!
