unknown load error

hello everyone, I have an app that has been running for a while (and good) and no longer because of an unknown load error. Someone any idea how this can be done and what this is about?

Does the database speak Dutch?  And you have to hit us with that logfile goodness, make sure to sanitize it of any connection parameters/credentials.
