when users clicks on visualization they are not able to see the Fullscreen Option

We use Qliksense Enterprise, and I can see the fullscreen option on my visualizations but my users are unable to do the same. can anyone please suggest are there any settings for this.

1. Enter chrome://flags/ in the address bar.

2. Locate the "Touch Events API" setting and set to Disable. (Unless you are truly on a touch device).

Or simply tell users to disable Touch screen mode in the top-left Qlik Sense menu:
