windows 8.1 proble

Successfully installed the Qliksense on to my laptop which is windows8.1 64bit. Problem is not able to open the tool, how can I resolve it?

The issue is I am not able to open the tool, double clik/enter/run as admin nothing seems to open the BI tool.

In task manager, do you see do you see " qliksense.exe" and "Qliksensebrowser.exe"?

Nope, that is my issue.

if it is not launching at all, it seems something corrupted or something blocking it. Do you have your firewall turned off?  the user that have Qlik Sense installed and the one that you launching is the same profile?

The firewall has been enabled and I have provided the access to it, there is only one user so it is launched in the same profile.

In the contrary, I need you to turn off the firewall.
