i need to create some wireframes for qlik sense dashboards, is there any tool i can use ? we do not have qliksense license at this moment

you can ask for a 30-day trail version of Qlik Cloud.

this will give you access to Qlik Cloud for 30 days to create your wireframes.

For wireframing I suggest using Balsamiq or Figma.
