Upload QVF works, but QVW and ZIP fails

Earlier we were not able to post .qvf files which seems to have been resolved. But not it seems that we are unable to post .qvw and .zip files

Uploading .qvf files still, or again, not working for me. Qvw or .zip files not working either.
