Adding multiple filters using a variable and also dynamic naming of report in Nprniting

so, i have a field name as PCIS which includes around 500 unique PCIS and i have to apply this as a filter on one report and generate report for each PCIS and Name of the report should be that of PCIS (dynamic name ).

Please halp me in achieving  this

even though i enble cycles in Nprinting,

while creating filters i cannot create manually 500 filters,so what's the automation for this
