Qlik Sense Desktop Unlock

Hi, I can't seem to find the Qlik Sense Desktop Unlock file beyond November 11th.

I contacted branch.admin and they did not answer.

Are you experiencing this too?

Yes, I receive the same message, they haven't released the new unlock-file who knows why?

I was not able to get an answer from branch.admin or anybody in the Qlik Community.

Today, I found by chance that the new unlock file has been released. However, when I copy the json file in the C:\Users\user\Documents\Qlik\Sense\trial folder, the button to Launch Qlik Sense Desktop does not come up.

I don't know where to report this. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

I have the same issue and tried new installation. Still not work.

Hello community,

It was identified a problem on Qlik Sense Desktop authentication using the unlock file.
The problem is fixed and is planned to be delivered in our Qlik Sense Desktop November 2020, version.

 

You will need to download and update to Qlik Sense Desktop November 2020 version and apply the unlock file.
