Qlik sense mashup issue ErrorDialog, NoConnectionCreated

i get this error in the mashup Error Code 16:ErrorDialog, NoConnectionCreated

It works fine from dev-hub but not when i try to connect from the website which calls the mashup url

Have had a chance to look at the web socket settings https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Qlik-Sense-ErrorCode-16-in-mashups/ta-p/1712889
