Button with an external action to reload data does not work from a web broser.

I have a QV document that has a button that uses an external action to reload the data but it does not work from a web browser. Is there something I should check to get it to work. Thank you.

Did you find any error or just it simply does nothing?

Hope you have used batch trigger to reload the qvw.

Please check whether the USERID (Qlikview function ID) which executes the task in QMC is added in the group policy

"Logon as Batch". This Policy is in Local & Admin Policies.
