Change position of expression columns in pivot table

Hello all,

Is it possible to place column "Betrag_Abgrenzung" and "Betrag_Bilanzbuchung" right after column "M"?

I know it is possible in straight table but i need the subtotals.

Re: Change position of expression columns in pivot table

In pivot table, Answer is NO

But, There are two ways I can think

1) Either break expression into dimension which can be re-use with Aggr()...

2) May be with the Pivot table, Think about island table which can be merge with your fact table in UI. That may be possible, with background color and Highlight of sub-total.

Before develop something, think If placed (The Right information | To the right people | At the Right time | In the Right place | With the Right context)

Re: Change position of expression columns in pivot table

Hello Loveisfail,
If i break it down with Aggr(), would it then be possible the place the dimension at a different position?

Re: Change position of expression columns in pivot table

If you have 10 dimensions where as 3 measure. If you want to push 3rd measure into 8th position. My suggestion to use Calc. Dimension for that measure in 8th place and promote it to the correct place.

Re: Change position of expression columns in pivot table

I tried your solution with calc. dimension, but it won't display the subtotals.

To achieve, Sub totals - You must follow second approach.

Re: Change position of expression columns in pivot table

So there is no other way to display subtotals for calculated dimensions?

But thanks for your time, i will try the your second option.
