Combined Date Field From Date Sold & Date Purchased

Hi,

I have 2 tables,

Table 1 : Product ID, Product Description, Date Purchased, Quantity , Cost

Table 2 : Product ID, Sales Man, Date Sold, Quantity, Sales

I want to merge Date Sold & Date Purchased into a new field, lets say 'Date' which can be used in a calendar object, so that at any given point when a Date a selected, we can see the Cost Vs. Sales.

Is there a way to do this?
