Hi, Pavan.

If you are not already aware, NPrinting is a product that sits alongside QlikView and takes a lot of the pain out of creating great looking static reports. It can produce reports in .pds, word, excel, ppt or html and send it to Google drive, email addresses or static folders. With it's automated scheduling it runs as a windows service. You can also filter the reports on an individual level.

For more information on the product please see our NPrinting page here: http://bit.ly/ZXxY4R

Neil

hello

if you are willing to consider third-party applications beside macros, remember to take a look to QV Mail (quick and low budget solution to send out PDF and/or XLS attachments) or QV Report (a full reporting environment to create and distribute pixel perfect reports).
