Current Vs PRevious

hi,

i would like to have current and previous year in my set analysis. but my period format is like below

2017_Q2

2017_Q4

2018_Q2

so if i select 2018_Q2, then my previous year should be 2017_Q4

i cant use Max(Year)-1 for previous year calc

Can any one help?
