Hi all,
The initial learning curve for QlikView from my point of view seems to be very steep. The main concepts I'm struggling to understand is the difference between when to use a calculated dimension, conditional statement and an expression. Currently I'm using calculated dimension to manipulate everything. Also, I don't understand why I would use the QV script editor? The problem is I can't seem to find any decent learning resources online (apart from the QV community), so I was hoping I could be pointed in the right direction.
Q: Does anyone know of any QV beginner developer resources?
i.e. codeacademy, udemy, youtube...
Thanks in advance.
If you would actually search for "udemy qlikview" (e.g. using google.com), you would find some ressources of interest.

A very first thing I suggest, read this book -

Hi Stefan,
I did "actually" search on Udemy before creating this thread and I didn't like the content that was offered. I was just using Udemy in the question as an example. I'll be clearer next time.
However, thank you for sharing the other resources, they're very helpful.
P.S - What's google?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Hi, Ben.
Steve Dark has just collated a number of useful resources together, covering books, youtube channels, blogsites and tools in a blog which may be worth checking out:
