Highlighting keyword in a field of straight table

Hi I need a help here,

I am having a list box with the keywords as values and a field with descriptions; This field contains multiple words; One of the word in the field is a keyword.

When we select a keyword under list box, the same word present under the description field needs to be highlighted.

For e.g.: When I select abc under list box, abc alone from the description field has to be highlighted in different color.

Use like in Doc properties Ctrl+Alt+D - Triggers tab - Field Event Triggers

Select your fieldname where you select.

Click on On select Add Actions. -> Click on Add - > Action Select in Field

Type your Descriptionfieldname and in search string Type your First fieldname like below:
