I am relatively new to QV and haven't seen a solution to an issue I'm having. I have several fact tables that are organized by keyfield1 and date. These tables join to a lookup / dimension table which has a primaryID, keyfield1 and a start and end date range.
I want to associate / link the keyfield1 and date selection to a primaryID where keyfield1 is a match and the fact table date is in between the start and end dates of the lookup table.
I am loading data from SQL but can't preprocess this on the SQL side but am unsure how to do this within a QV load process.
