Non-standard windows fonts for QlikView server

Hello dear all,

I have the following issue for our QlikView server version 10.

We have qlikview documents with non-standart windows fonts which are working properly on users desktop with installed non-standart fonts.

After that we have installed server and configured reload on server and also installed on server non-standart fonts. (Windows server 2008R2)

The problem is following.

When opening document from server we can't see these fonts special characters and they are replaced by "?" signes. (see imgae)

But if I open these document on server and reload it - fonts are visible.

Can someone please help with this issue ?
