Open in server - can't click on anything in the document

Hi all,

Something weird that happened to me for the first time:

I'm trying to open the QV document via "Open on Server" in a Personal Edition installed on a different server.

The document opens but it's not clickable at all! Meaning I can't go to other tabs or click on anything.

It just looks like a picture.

Has anyone ever seen this before?

Will be glad to get your assistance.

I once faced the same issue ,

a re-connection to the server again resolved the issue, have you tried that ?

Try with another alternate ID

OK, so the problem was that the QV doc was developed on the Server in QV version 11.2 and on client I tried to open it in QV version 12. Once I've installed 11.2 version on client as well, everything worked again. As I understand, that's because of the slightly different engine QV 12 has.
