as you use NTFS, please be sure that you assign a Document Cal to your QVW and you give explicit permissions to same QVW in Windows server (right click to qvw file in explorer > security > Add "Florian Dreher" with read permissions).
I don't see another explanation to your problem.
Be careful if you have two QVW files with the same name on different locations.
Hi the strange thing is that you get a error that no cal is available for the user. Also dynamic cal assignment is enabled. So if the user logged on to the access point and sees the document, the ntfs permissions are correct. Because dynamic cal assignment is enabled you don't have to manually assign a cal.
If the user is logged on to the accespoint, go to favorites and profile. Then select profile. Here you will find the domain\username In the qmc hover over the username, it should popup with the same domain\username
