I will suggest you not to do  these things in future.

Just try to go through it convert it with best of your analytical thinking and then implement it.

Then if you are stuck up then search community for the same .

You are having the data model with you you need to link the Lead table with the model if  it is needed.

Try implementing the charts with details provided .
