Rearrange Top 10 bar chart

My previous post let me achieve to the Top 10 bar chart in magnitude.

How to show Top 10 largest in 'magnitude' in bar chart

Now, can I achieve to arrange these top 10 as the following snapshot?

I found the solution by following the advice of Aunez in my previous post. Thanks for the help!
