'No change' type1 are the ID's which are active

'Downgrade' type1 are the ID's which are closed in this month.

So here when you see there some ID's which are active in April but 3 ID's get closed in May(Closed,Downgrade,Regroup). hence current month end only 2 ID's are active. This Count will become start of my next month(June).

Issue is there is no RM1 tagged in Current month for those ID's which are Downgrade(Type1).

So on selection of RM1 and Current month date i need count of ID's which are closed, downgrade and regroup.

From what I understand your selection of RM1 will result in showing 0 values for closed, downgrade and so on.

In order to avoid this, you can use {1} In your set condition to ignore selections

=Count({<[Date]={$(=Max({1} [Date]))}, [Dataset Name])

in this manner

I hope it helps

{1} would be helpful if RM1 is tagged to it in current month.

could we map ID column and RM together?

Eg: replace the null values in the column loaded with the value obtained after comparing it with ID?
