Can one sort the values (ascending or descending) for the yearly values in the following stacked bar chart and if so how can this be achieved?

Thanks Marco, very helpful.  I have a full data set so my results will be different. I have an issue with the colors coming out on the year 2015 chart which are identical for three different items and there are identical colors within each stacked chart for the years 2012 and 2014 for different items:

Am i missing something?  Are there any specific property settings for the second expression
