You can download Qlikview 11.20 SR12 from our Support site, click on Downloads at the top-right then filter the download selection based on what you're looking for. I checked the page for Qlikview 11.20 SR12 and it was available.

Is there a reason you're not planning to install one of our newer versions of Qlikview?
