no value selected

Hi, I have created a List box with a multi selection possibilities and i have following Values:

- A1 -A 2 -A 3 -A 4 - A 5 - No value

Now i want to have " No Information" selected as default (When document loads and on Clear) and also when i select any other value (incl. Multi select) the "No Value" needs to be selected all time. Is this possible?

if you want default selection means ?

 option 1: you can pre select the value - and use always one selected value

option2:  you can select one value  and  use "set clear state"  option    .
