override chart dim color with background expression

Hi all,

i have created a bar chart with two dimensions (stacked) and would like to color second dimension based on the background expression (if(dim2 = 'A', lightred()...etc). However, it does not takes the expression into account but works according to the color set in the Color tab in Properties. Any idea how to override that?

Thanks

J.

I can't reproduce your issue. Could you post a small sample application that demonstrates your issue?

Sure, in the attached app. you can see that the background formula on Type dimension doesn't work. How to enable it over the colors from Color tab?

Thanks. J.
