select between actual number or percentage in Input box

I have an input box.  The input box updates a caculation within a report object.  I would like for the input box to either use a real number or a percentage.  Is it possible to add a selection to an input box.  Allowing the report object to calculate base off a real number or a percentage.  For example: if i have real number selected then calculate by 10, or if i have percentage selected then calculate by 10 percent.
