  1. Open the IIS Manager console and navigate to (a) Default Website, (b) QvAjaxZfc, (c) Application Settings

    Application Settings in IIS.png

  2. Check for the entry: StrictRedirection with a value as false

  3. If StrictRedirection entry isn't present, click (a) Add under the Actions menu, and then enter (b) StrictRedirection under Name: and False under Value:

    set strictredirection to false.png

  4. Click the OK button, then test by restarting the browser running the AccessPoint and log in again.

Many Custom Authentications will work with the setting active if  code uses full absolute URLs in the Try= and back= urls .

Hey @Chip_Matejowsky and @Filippo_Nicolussi_P ,
what is the behaviour for StrictRedirection  when you use the default WebServer (so, not IIS)?
I would like to know if using the default WebServer could lead to any issue when you use a Custom Authentication (i.e. a web ticketing solution)
