This article provides instructions on how to collect logs for Qlik Alerting.
In all Qlik Alerting versions, logs are stored within each service installations folder, in a subfolder called daemon.
Example: C:\Program Files\Qlik Alerting\gateway\daemon\gateway.errThe *.err logs are useful when troubleshooting any service-related issues for example when a service may fail to startTo collect the required log files that are under the daemon folders:
Starting with the Qlik Alerting June 2020 release, additional logging is located in the sub-folders under the following location:C:\ProgramData\QlikAlerting
