How to prepare sample apps for Section Access support cases

In support cases where Qlik Support needs to work with a sample QlikView or Qlik Sense application that is protected with Section Access, the app should be prepared as follow so that we can open it on our side:

1. Open a copy of the app with an ADMIN user
2. Comment out "SECTION ACCESS;" and "SECTION APPLICATION;" statements. Do not comment the Section Access table load statements because in most cases, Qlik Support needs to verify entries in this table.
   
   
   
   
3. Reload the app
4. (Only for QlikView) Open Settings > Document Properties > tab Opening > uncheck option "Initial Data Reduction Based on Section Access"
   
   
   
5. Save the app and upload the qvw/ qvf file to the case.
