Problem Description
When running the installer from the server, after selecting a license file and clicking Next, the message below is displayed and the installer freezes:
validating the license file...
Problem root cause
The installation log provides the following information:
Using JRE home: /opt/jdk1.8.0_121/jre
You must use JAVA_HOME or JDK_HOME, not JRE.
Solution or Workaround
Set JAVA_HOME to the path to your JDK, for example:
